In 2016, an uninvolved man dies in Berlin because two speeders with up to 160 km / h hunt through the city ignoring red traffic lights as well. 2017 then a unprecedented verdict: murder. Since then, the whole car scene has come into the focus of police and media. But is there a connection between car enthusiasts and notorious speeders?
